The Fires
Formed in 2005, THE FIRES are a powerfull new three piece pop/rock outfit all hailing from the southwest.
Led by front men Lee Ellis (guitar/lead vocals) Matt Osborne (bass/vocals) and driven by Joe “Hard”(drums).

The Fires draw on a solid range of influences such as the police, bloc party and at the drive in. Their energetic and dynamic sound combines driving beats with clever uplifting hooks that once heard are not easily forgotten.
Singer/guitarist Lee and bassist Matt have known each other since school days and this is reflected in their musical understanding of each other. Drummer Joe joined the boys in 2006 to begin a collaboration that fast found its direction and became ‘The Fires‘.

Tipped for success this year and with the recently released Trick of The Light EP this band have created a buzz everywhere they have played and seem driven to continue to take their brand of edgy melodies to a wider audience. look out for The Fires on tour in 2006, check this band out, not to be missed!

hello, i love the fires soooooooo much!!! they are such an amazing band and deserve 2 go a whole lot further!! i went to there ep the other night and they were amazing, they have sooo much talent!! Got there cd too!! wish it had more tracks on though coz i can’t stop listnin to it!!!!
